  The QHSE Department is responsible for all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Matters and it carries out its duties as follows:

 

As a provider of food service to some of the most vlunerable segments of the population, including children, and hospital patients Teyseer Services Company has a commitment to lead in reducing food safety risk and providing quality foods to the customers. In Qatar, Teyseer Services Company has implemented Food Safety policies, which focus on risk prevention.

   Documentation

Selection of suppliers:

  Development and Improvement of : Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms & Tender document sections related to QHSE.

Suppliers are selected for their ability to comply with Teyseer Services Company requirements, which include detailed safety specifications.
 Induction and Training Selection of products:
Inductions, Job Description, IQA, HACCP, Work Hazards, Fire Safety, etc.. We prompt managers to use exclusively agreed products and selected suppliers.
  Advising Line Management   Traceability:
  Equipment, Training needs, Continuous Improvement.

 

 

 

Sodexho requires its suppliers and distributors to provide full traceability on all products. It must be possible to identify, for each product, all the detailed information about delivery, treatment and production. This information is checked using systematic or hazard control programs. This traceability allow us to guarantee an effective product recall system, in the case of a food safety alert.

  Promoting QHSE Awareness Supply chain:
LPT Meetings, Flyers, Posters, Alerts.

 

 

We have established rules to control the supply chain of our restaurants. These rules include supplier controls, product controls and delivery controls.

  Monitoring Storage:
  Inspections, Audits, Calibration, Action Plans.

Teyseer Services Company controls the storage conditions for all the products used in each restaurant. Storage procedures are specified and adhered to in order to bring an additional guarantee of quality of supply.

 
  Investigation Cooking and Service:
 Food relation incidents, Accident reporting & close out.

We follow strict and precise rules to guarantee strict respect of hygiene and safety rules, according to the international standards for food safety and local legislations. Induction programs and internal training programs focus on health and safety topics and booklets are permanently available for all staff.
